Each project will follow a common aim and philosophy: Bringing HOPE to the children and community members involved in the projects visited. Having a similar heart behind why we do things we can ensure a consistent message, however it is up to the ambassadors to add their unique flavour and approach to the overall framework.

Each project will be allocated an estimated number of balls to be distributed in that area. With a minimum number per school / orphanage / child. This is to ensure that each project has a wide reaching impact and the balls are not handed out to only one or two schools / orphanages.

Each project will have a unique focus which they will consider during their visit.

The balls will be given to the teachers / leaders of the school / orphanage ensuring that they are used for the benefit of all the children and not only for a select few.

Each project will be taking photographs and write a blog of their experience updating all on what it meant for them and who they were able to touch. This will provide a window into their experience and allow everyone who donated / contributed to the campaign to participate from where ever in the world they might be.
